Cell 2cii · GWG Proposal

Make the Presidency a Public Trust, Not a Personal Prize

GREEN WHITE GO MANIFESTO — 2026.10.01 · CANONICAL THREE-SENTENCE UNIT

Green White Go proposes that the President receive only a symbolic statutory salary, while the Republic provides official residence, basic feeding, the highest necessary security and other strictly defined costs of office through a published schedule; personal expenses outside that schedule remain the President’s responsibility from lawful resources, private gifts, hidden loans and patron financing are prohibited, and after presidential service the former President serves a decade in the Senate on the same lawful compensation as other Senators.

The Senate publicly interviews eligible civilian President–Vice-President pairs and ranks ten indivisible tickets, neither member of which may ever have served in the armed forces; the Federal House must approve a ticket by an absolute majority — more than half of the full body —, then an absolute majority of duly constituted Local Legislatures at the applicable certification cutoff must affirm the same ticket, silence does not count as consent, failed tickets give way in order, and if all ten fail the Senate produces a fresh list.

The purpose is to make the Presidency an office of service and honour rather than a source of personal income or private patronage, while ensuring that no single institution can manufacture a President or claim a mandate above the republic’s institutions.
