Green White Go proposes professional compensation for judges and court staff, institution-provided housing where appropriate, adequate protection, and publicly supported legal representation for every Nigerian through a national legal-aid corps under independent governance.
Judicial funds should flow directly to the institution under the lawful constitutional arrangement rather than through the personal discretion of an executive officeholder.
The purpose is to reduce two forms of dependence at once: judges should not rely personally on political patrons to do their work, and citizens should not lose practical access to justice because they cannot afford legal representation.
